Our tours include transportation on our modern tourist boats, bilingual guides (Spanish/English) with extensive experience, necessary safety equipment, and life jackets.
The duration of the tours varies depending on the selected package. The tour to the Ballestas Islands has an approximate duration of 2 hours. We offer other packages that may include visits to the Paracas National Reserve and other points of interest, with durations ranging from 3 to 4 hours.
Yes, our tours are suitable for people of all ages. Our boats are designed to offer comfort and safety to all our passengers. However, we recommend that young children travel under the supervision of an adult.
We recommend bringing sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, comfortable clothing, and a light jacket, as it can be chilly at sea. Don’t forget your camera to capture special moments and, if possible, binoculars for better wildlife observation.
Cancellation policies
If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, we will refund 100% of the tour value. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the tour will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are made for cancellations within 24 hours of the tour.
In the event of a cancellation due to adverse weather conditions, we will offer you the option to reschedule the tour or receive a full refund.
Yes, you can change the date of your reservation up to 48 hours before the tour, subject to availability. To make changes, please contact our customer service team.
About your reservation
You can book your tour through our website, via WhatsApp, or directly at our office in Paracas.
It is not necessary to print the reservation confirmation. You can show it from your mobile device at check-in.
We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the departure. If you arrive late, we will try to reschedule you for the next available tour, but we cannot guarantee availability or a refund if you do not arrive on time.

Yes, we offer a transportation service from hotels in Paracas to our boarding point. This service must be requested at the time of booking.
Yes, you can bring food and drink on board, but we ask passengers to be responsible and not leave any trash on the boat or in the sea. We have trash containers on board.
